Operating Room Circulator
We are a multi-specialty, same day surgery center located in Maple Grove.
- QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Associate RN Degree
- BLS, ACLS
Responsibilities
- Supervises and directs patient care in an individual operating room and procedure room.
- Assesses patient needs, develops individual plan of care, and identifies outcomes.
- Ensures appropriate techniques and practices are used according to accepted standards of practice.
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of special needs for various age groups including infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients when providing care in the surgical suite.
- Assists surgeon(s), anesthesia personnel , and other O.R. staff as needed to ensure good patient care.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of infection control practices.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of sterile technique.
- Manages the care of patients receiving sedation or analgesic medications while undergoing invasive diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Medication administration, patient monitoring, discharge instructions, family teaching and patient safety concerns are all nursing care critical elements of patients undergoing moderate sedation.
- Takes the initiative to participate in continuing education and/or in-services to build and expand scope of practice.

Radiologic Technologist
We are a multi-specialty, same day surgery center located in Maple Grove.
- Qualifications:
– Valid certification as an X-ray Technician
– Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
– Experience with diagnostic evaluation techniques and medical imaging equipment
– Ability to perform C-Arm procedures accurately and efficiently
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
– Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances - Responsibilities:
– Operate Large C-Arm
– Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
– Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
– Follow safety protocols and aseptic techniques to minimize radiation exposure and prevent infection
– Review images for quality and clarity, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results
– Maintain patient records and documentation of procedures performed
